INTERAL Maintenance has been adapted to fit the needs of the facility management industry thanks to the "Service Call" and "Client" modules(both included in the basic version of the software).
The Client module allows you to manage your clients' (tenants, subcontractors, etc) and stores' important information about them (address, telephone number, contacts, etc.).
The Service Call module allows you to create work orders for specific clients. The work orders contain all the necessary billing information.
The service calls are treated with the regular work orders, allowing you to efficiently manage your resources and follow up on your service calls.
Service calls can also be created by the tenant directly on web pages designed specifically for this purpose.
The tenant fills in a simple form from your web page. It then becomes a work order in INTERAL Maintenance with the information filled in from the tenant.
